Just wanted to say that this was a great letter! I love thinking outside the box and trying out creative things that impact the community, but lately God has led us to do some old fashioned prayer services. God is teaching us pray like never before. Prayer helps us in so many ways, one way that I am discovering a fresh and new is it helps me get even bolder in what to do in the community. It encourages me to believe for the what many would call impossible. Anyway, your letter encouraged and where we are at here!!

Great! We'll start training on Friday for the next 1/2 Marathon!! I know it sounds like a little much; but really, it's nothing! If you can go through the shots in the stomache (YIKES), you can run 13 miles! That's JUST what you wanted to hear, isn't it?????

Tim,

Now that the weather is starting to get colder, maybe we could do something like handing out free styrofoam or Dixie cups of hot chocolate along with a mini copy of the New Testament or Billy Graham's book, 'Peace With God'. Do you think something like that might be a good way to share God's love? Might help take their mind off of some of the economic hardships as of late.
